Explains much .
So anyone has any idea ?
How to call someone who speaks cryptically .
-----------------
You enjoy a calm environment . You are easy-going and original, and will try anything once .
Gentle, relaxed, and self-assured, you are capable of being everyone's friend.
You have an eye for the aesthetic and you work well with others .
Although outwardly appearing self-possessed, you are constantly reappraising your own situation .
The latter is true .
-----------------
Today we will discuss about tearing .
First off, crying is neither about right nor wrong .
It is a natural way to let off your emotions .
What happens when you hold back your tears ?
When you hold back your tears, your throat hurts, and maybe your eyes sting a little .
That's because the eyes and throat are somehow connected, and muscles in your throat contracts as a muscle reflex . I don't know why, but it is what it is .
And holding back tears is not good .
Let me explain a little more in-depth about tears .
Recent studies [Last year i think] have shown that, in happy tears the tears contain just brine, salt water and nothing much of a big deal .
However in sad tears .. Sad tears contain the very same chemicals and enzymes that are found in tumors, ulcers and other such lumps and bumps and sicknesses through out the body .
This test concluded that the body, when crying in sadness etc is literally flushing out all of the toxic-chemicals that accumulate and are a part of the sadness/heartache experience .
So if you hold back those sad tears, it means that you are keeping the bad chemicals in your body . So don't hold them back .
Unless .. you are in a public place .
Here are some methods of holding your tears back ..
1. Pain .
Bite your tongue or whatsoever . Don't make it bleed, however .
I find this method useless, but it has proved to be useful for some .
2. Drink water .
It's hard to drink and cry at the same time because the throat muscles work together with the action of tearing . Keep your throat occupied, but don't over-drink .
3. Think about other things .
Place your mind somewhere happier, lighter . You get what i mean .
4. Keep calm .
This is very important . Keep calm, and take long/deep breaths .
I've learned somewhere from a forgotten source, when some men hold back their load, it is important to breathe, to keep yourself calm, so you won't lose control . Works the same way as tearing .
5. Physically walk away from the situation, if appropriate .
Walk away from the event [eg. funeral] into the washroom or such .
6. Look up .
Look up . Simple . If you look down tears are more prone to drip .
7. Grin .
Show your biggest grin/smile and it'll squeeze your facial muscles to reduce the puffiness and redness . Somehow .
And, the way men and women tear is different .
Men cry quietly and their eyes brim neatly with some tears .
Women make crying noises as lots of tears stream down their cheeks .
The reason for the difference is simple -
Men's tear glands are structurally smaller than women's.
Tearing is one good reason why men tend to die earlier, because they hold their emotions too much .

So, don't hold back .
Just let them all out .
Invisible tears are the hardest to wipe .
Humans are really selfish creatures .
Whenever you have the first look at your class photo etc, you almost always look for yourself first . Isn't it ?
Reality hurts like a knife !
